Control may include the following components:

• automated follow up of operations at the take over of data, generation of e-document and sending to the business partner,
• follow-up of events and errors, log management,
• sending of messages, errors and reminders to the operative functions via SMS or via electronic mail,
• automated bridge-over or elimination of foreseeable events,
• remote and local intervention of our support specialists (as agreed upon).
