Solution is intended for the implementation of ordering between bigger retailer and its shops or franchises.

Solution is using web portal and is enabling the user in shop or in franchise for following activities:

• setting of uniform code list of direct suppliers for shops,
• setting of code list of franchises/shops with delivery locations and with corresponding GLN codes,
• upload of orders from shops in the agreed upon uniform structure,
• automatic control of received orders and amendments from retailer with following data:
• supplier, program or headquarter of retailer, date and time of desired delivery, type of order,
• sending of order to the headquarter and entering into database eb-CONNECT,
• receipt of status regarding sent messages,
• receipt of responses and bills of delivery in connection with sent orders (depending on supplier or on headquarter respectively),
• receipt of reminders in the standard e-mail via system eb-MONITOR®,
• review of sent orders with corresponding statuses, responses and bills of delivery,
• possibility of receipt of “download” bills of delivery and support for receipt certificate and for invoice.
