Outsourcing or ec-MANAGEMENT™ is representing the integrated care for e-business of our customer.

It means that customer or user is completely outsourcing the e-business to us and we are taking care for all necessary services, connected with e-business operations (implementation, activation, updating, operative transmission of documents, follow up of systems operation).

These services may contain following functionalities:

• transfer of classical business processes into electronically supported processes in compliance with standards of good practice, GS1, ECR and with other standards,
• implementation of environments for e-business and integration with information system and enclosure of business partners and e-documents,
• follow up, analysis, optimization of e-business and interventions in case of critical errors (remote and locally) for the elimination of bottlenecks in e-business operations,
• reporting of events to administrators of information by the use of eb-MONITOR® (e-mail, SMS),
• archiving of data,
• support and assistance to customers,
