Product eb-MANAGER®

Standard control application for receipt, sending and review of received documents eb-MANAGER® consists of following two parts:

• exit point programs and
• program eb-MANAGER®.

Exit point programs - EPP

This program is executing different complementary functions to the basic functionality TIE EP or e-SERVICE™ client respectively (hereinafter referred to as: “e-KLIENT”), as for instance:

• interface between business network Panteon.net® and eb-MANAGER®,
• interface for additional functionality of conversion from one form of e-document to another,
• control functions, generating of service related messages (notifications and errors)
• interface between e-KLIENT and in-house information system, etc.

EPP as interface between business network Panteon.net® and eb-MANAGER® is preparing data for eb-MANAGER® and is obtaining the precise status in which the document is to be found from e-KLIENT. This program is being triggered automatically via e-KLIENT after the receipt of messages and may execute also several controls of correctness of the document or of correctness of conversion and transmission.

Functions of control application:

• review of received and of sent messages,
• review of the content of messages (transmissions, messages, positions,…),
• review of the log of processing (receipt of messages, reports, controls, eventual errors),
• archiving/de-archiving of messages,
• review of events, connected with messages,
• different multiple settings (where are bases, where is the folder of entry messages, where is the archive,...),
• setting of exit folders for the connection with the internal information system (possibly separately for each sender, receiver or organizational unit),
• possibility of repeated receiving or sending of messages,
• blocking of duplicates,
• setting of additional entry controls for received documents,
• setting of controls for exit messages.

Functionality of the program eb-MANAGER®:

• generation of the interface to the information system of supplier (incoming messages are being prepared in the form in accordance with the option of the supplier or direct input into data bases of supplier’s information system respectively, possibly separated for each sender or receiver, ...),
• complement for support to the mobile business operations (palm computers, laptop computers, mobile phones),
• reporting of eventual errors to the e-mail or GSM - SMS,
• follow up of eventual errors on eb-MONITOR®,
• use of services provided by e-SERVICE™ for in-house integration with business network Panteon.net®.
